How long will it take for my order to reach me?

Delivery typically takes 7–15 working days based on your location.

How do I cancel my order?

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can issue a store credit of equal value. Email us at support@yanirastudio.com.

What is your Exchange Policy?

You must request an exchange within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

Reverse shipping fee: ₹350
Second exchange charge: ₹450

Exchanges are allowed only for size issues, wrong item received, or manufacturing defect. Items like innerwear, swimwear, and customized items are not eligible.

What is your Return Policy?

Return requests must be placed within 3 days of delivery. Items should be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags.

Return fee: ₹350
Refunds are given as store credit after quality check. Innerwear, accessories, and personalized products are not returnable.

How can I use my store credit?

Store credit is emailed to you as a coupon code. Use the same email ID at checkout, enter the code to redeem. Credit is valid for 180 days and can be used once.
